Vadjai is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from sub district headquarter and 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 650 houses and a population of 3151 of which 1677 are males while 1474 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 439 people are from Schedule Caste and 783 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
