Usmali is a village in Yawal in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 30 kilometres (19 mi) from sub district headquarter and 100 kilometres (62 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 113 houses and a population of 758 of which 372 are males while 386 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 745 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
