Thittacheri is a panchayat town in Nagapattinam district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
Demographics[edit | edit source]
As of 2001[update] India census,[1] Thittacheri had a population of 8484. Males constitute 49% of the population and females 51%. Thittacheri has an average literacy rate of 77%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 82%, and female literacy is 71%. In Thittacheri, 11% of the population is under 6 years of age.
