Thanepada is a village in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) from sub district headquarter and 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 722 houses and a population of 3488 of which 1738 are males while 1750 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 1 people are from Schedule Caste and 3393 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
