Thana is a village in Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 60 kilometres (37 mi) from sub district headquarter and 108 kilometres (67 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 82 houses and a population of 408 of which 211 are males while 197 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 408 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
