Tassnim Sheikh is an actress, primarily known for her work on television.[2] Currently she is starring in Anupamaa as Rakhi Dave.[1][3]
Personal life[edit]
Tassnim was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra and her family was from Jammu and Kashmir, India.[citation needed] She began her career with TV show, Gharana in 2001.[4] She married Sameer Nerulkar, a merchant Navy officer in 2006, after converting to Hinduism and changed her name to Tanisha.[5][6] She has a daughter, Tia Nerurkar.
