T Chitty Babu usually referred to as Chitty Babu is an Indian businessman from Nagercoil , based in Chennai and founder of the real estate developer company Akshaya Homes Pvt Ltd in 1995.[1][2] His company operates in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Delhi, Mumbai and Pune.[3] In 2012 he announced the construction of the tallest building in Tamil Nadu.[4]
