Sukwad is a village in Sindkhede in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from sub district headquarter and 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 231 houses and a population of 1120 of which 561 are males while 559 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 85 people are from Schedule Caste and 403 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
