Cast[edit]

Production[edit]

Shivarajakumar is not only the darling of producers, lovable personality off screen but he is the savior in 'Shiva' budget to the tune of Rs. 500,000. He took part in Kannada cinema 'Shiva' and it all happened in a breath taking style.

It was the railway track where a youth was decisive to end his life. In fact the actual train was coming on the same lane the entry of Shivarajakumar saves the guy from virtual death. The sequence looked almost real for reel life of 'Shiva' Kannada film in the direction of Om Prakash Rao.

Earlier to this shoot the graphic representation was thought for this scene but it was not agreed by the team members. Instead of spending Rs. 500,000 plus on the graphic the perfect planning would save the money and give a natural feel decided the director. It was the interstate express train that was part of this sequence.

Showing guts to take part in the shoot when the actual train was coming from one side is perhaps for the first time.

Palani Raj shooting at Rockline Studio for an action block for Shivaraj Kumar film 'Shiva' stated the best he has done so far for is 'Sarvabowma' the climax action portion for Shiv. He is a chilling action director from 1990.

He is hot favorite of Malayalam super star Mohanlal. When I compose action for star like Shivrajkumar there will be no tension for me because the century star takes it he stated.[1]

In the five days schedule, the Kannada actor has filmed a few romantic and action sequences with actress Ragini Dwivedi, Shobharaj and Bullet Prakash.

The muhurtha of Shivaraj Kumar's 102nd film Shiva was held at the Dodda Ganapathy Temple in Bangalore on 10 June, Friday. Immediately after the movie launch, the Hat-trick hero took part in the filming and completed shooting of a few sequences with his lady love Ragini Dwivedi. He has also shot a comical fight sequence with Shobharaj, Bullet Prakash and a few fighters.[2]
