Shewade is a village in Sindkhede in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 28 kilometres (17 mi) from sub district headquarter and 75 kilometres (47 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 131 houses and a population of 652 of which 338 are males while 314 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 15 people are from Schedule Caste and 637 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
