Saru is an Indian Hindi-language television drama series that premiered on 12 May 2025 on Zee TV and streams digitally on ZEE5.[1] It is produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions, and stars Mohak Matkar, and Shagun Pandey.

Mohak Matkar was selected to portray Saru.[2] Shagun Pandey was chosen to play Ved.[3] Kamalika Guha Thakurta was cast as Kamini.[4]
