As of 2017 the newspaper prints 1.5 million copies daily.

According to the Audit Bureau of Circulation's figures released in December 2015, Sakshi is the second largest circulating newspaper in Telugu states (Telangana and Andhra Pradesh) after Eenadu with a circulation figure of more than 1.15 million.

Sakshi began with 25 editions published simultaneously from 19 cities (in then Andhra Pradesh) along with the four metropolitan areas of Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore. This record was acknowledged by the Limca Book of Records. Sakshi was the second newspaper in India to publish all of its pages in colour. Sakshi TV[edit]

Sakshi TV is a television channel that began airing on 1 March 2010. This media group is working under the name "Indira Television".

We never notice a constructive criticism or negative feedback on Y.S.R.C.P or Y.S Jagan family. Sakshi TV always prefers to enhance YSR family political profile. This is the best part part.
