Rishi Bhel (born December 20, 1983) based in Delhi, India is a fitness entrepreneur.

He is the founder of "RBFWG" an organization that provide custom workout and diet plans globally.

Rishi Bhel deals with a diverse range of client base that need medical or sports specific transformation plans globally.

He is a clinical nutritionist from Amity University, sports nutritionist from the Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences (INFS), transformation specialist and personal trainer from International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).

He is also a motivational speaker and participates in multiple causes as a social worker.

Early life[edit]

Rishi was born and brought in New Delhi to Sanjay Bhel and his wife Arti Bhel who is also a social worker and tutors underprivileged children for free. He completed his secondary education from the Somerville School in Noida and then joined Amity University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. He also received a postgraduate diploma in clinical dietetics from Amity University. He studied sports and nutrition at the Institute Of Nutrition and Food Science and received a certificate as a sports and nutritionist specialist. He also received certification of personal training and transformation specialist from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).[1]


He founded RBFWG, which provides tailored workout and diet plans. The customer base ranges from patients suffering from diseases or who might have sports specific goals. The organization has been dedicated to his mother and is known as an "Arti Bhel Enterprise". It serves a global customer base and provides diet and workouts plans worldwide. Rishi worked in Fortune 500 companies like Adobe Systems, Oracle, etc. before finding RBFWG and then discontinued other jobs to continue his career as a fitness and lifestyle coach. The organisation is known for preparing science based diet and workout plans based on the individual's personality and lifestyle. RBFWG serves celebrities and industrialists around the world such as Pankaj M Munjal the Chairman and Managing Director of Hero Cycles Ltd.[1]

Rishi is also known to propagate the science behind macros calculation VS only calorie deficit. He uses science as a strong ammunition to carve diet plans for his clients and he delivers tailor-made diet plans that suit different needs. He is amongst the first ones in India to showcase the concept of macros calculation.[1]
