Redin Kingsley is an Indian actor and comedian who predominantly works in the Tamil film industry.[1] He is best known for his loud style of speech in films.
Career[edit]
Redin initially was a dancer and a featured in a song in the film Aval Varuvala (1998). He was also an event organizer for government exhibitions in Chennai and Bangalore before entering into the film industry as an actor.[2] His debut film, a 2016 project called Vettai Mannan featuring Silambarasan directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, was shelved.[3][4] Later in 2018, he appeared in Nayanthara's Kolamaavu Kokila, again directed by Nelson.
After appearing in minor roles in a few films, Kingsley rose to fame[5] following roles in Netrikann and Doctor in 2021.[1][6] He has also starred in Rajinikanth's Annaatthe (2021) and in Vijay's Beast (2022), both produced by Sun Pictures.[7] He also starred in Vadivelu's comedy film Naai Sekar Returns.[8][9]
