Rao Ruda Singh

Ruda Singh was a states man a Yadava/Aheer who settled in jungle near Rewari in 1555 from the Mughal Emperor Humayun for rendering meritorious services during the later's encounter with the Sur Empire.^[1]^[2] Ruda Singh had his headquarters located at Bolni 12 km south-east of Rewari.^{[citation needed]} He cleared the jungle and founded new villages.^[3]
