Pavan Bhimavarapu


Pavan Bhimavarapu, (pen name Arun Bhimavarapu) is an Indian former engineer and author/screenwriter.

Arun has penned three novels After that Day, I never saw her again, My Nightingale and Sambhavami.

BackgroundEdit

Bhimavarapu received a Bachelor of Engineering from Andhra University, SRKR engg. college, He then worked under Tata Consultancy as a Systems Engineer for about three years. During this time Bhimavarapu learned about cinema and screenwriting through online seminars. He then decided to quit engineering and concentrate on writing.

During the early period, Bhimavarapu work in supermarkets, mechanic shops, and was a delivery boy at FlipKart. Saving money by cutting his food bills and selling his sports watch, he raised enough cast to publish his first novel.

After the success of his first work, his novels, Bhimavarapu released two more novels over the next two years.

My Nightingale was conceived by reading the confidential documents on Subhash Chandra Bose that were declassified by the Modi government. A successful novel, it was to be made into a Telugu-language film.

The novel Sambhavami is a science fiction drama on our destruction of planet Earth.

Bhimavarapu also was a part of a web series KOTHA PELLI KUTHURU. Currently, he is working on web series on Netflix.
