Paravaigal Palavitham (transl. Birds of different sorts) is a 1988 Indian Tamil-language masala film[1] directed by Robert–Rajasekar. It stars Ramki and Nirosha. The film was released on 2 December 1988.

Plot[edit]

A group of friends in college dream of achieving success in life. However, each one of them face problems with employment or finance that results in them leading an unhappy life.

Besides directing, Robert–Rajasekar also handled the cinematography.[2]

Soundtrack[edit]

The music was composed by S. A. Rajkumar, who also wrote the lyrics.[3]

Release and reception[edit]

Paravaigal Palavitham was released on 2 December 1988.[4] The following week, The Indian Express panned the film and said, "It's only Janagaraj's excellent histrionics that comes as a saving grace".[5]
