Parambi

Parambi is a village in Muktainagar in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 39 kilometres (24 mi) from sub district headquarter and 100 kilometres (62 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 478 houses and a population of 2188 of which 1115 are males while 1073 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 286 people are from Schedule Caste and 136 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
