Nirmal Singh Kahlon is an Indian politician and member of the Shiromani Akali Dal. He was the speaker of the Punjab Legislative Assembly.[1]

Controversies[edit]
He was charged in a recruitment scam case but was later acquitted by the courts.[5][6]
Personal life[edit]
He was married to Surinder Kaur Kahlon.[7] She died in 2015.[8]
