Nawra is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 24 kilometres (15 mi) from sub district headquarter and 24 kilometres (15 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 228 houses and a population of 1135 of which 592 are males while 543 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 186 people are from Schedule Caste and 138 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
