Nawalnagar is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 20 kilometres (12 mi) from sub district headquarter and 20 kilometres (12 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography[edit | edit source]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 316 houses and a population of 1601 of which 855 are males while 746 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 88 people are from Schedule Caste and 284 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
