Nane is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 32 kilometres (20 mi) from sub district headquarter and 32 kilometres (20 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography[edit | edit source]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 481 houses and a population of 2381 of which 1239 are males while 1142 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 255 people are from Schedule Caste and 492 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
