Nagalwadi is a village in Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) from sub district headquarter and 64 kilometres (40 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 831 houses and a population of 3786 of which 1950 are males while 1836 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 265 people are from Schedule Caste and 803 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
