Muktal is a village in Bodvad in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) from sub district headquarter and 40 kilometres (25 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 399 houses and a population of 1751 of which 920 are males while 831 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 234 people are from Schedule Caste and 226 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
