As of 2009, The village has a total number of 941 houses and a population of 4471 of which 2274 are males while 2197 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 160 people are from Schedule Caste and 1129 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
