Mauje Hingone is a village in Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from sub district headquarter and 100 kilometres (62 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 267 houses and a population of 1093 of which 543 are males while 550 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 143 people are from Schedule Caste and 105 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
