Lonkute is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 22 kilometres (14 mi) from sub district headquarter and 22 kilometres (14 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 36 houses and a population of 164 of which 88 are males while 76 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 33 people are from Schedule Caste and 44 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
