Loni is a village in Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 19 kilometres (12 mi) from sub district headquarter and 31 kilometres (19 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 331 houses and a population of 1432 of which 718 are males while 714 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 125 people are from Schedule Caste and 648 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
