Lohgad is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 36 kilometres (22 mi) from sub district headquarter and 36 kilometres (22 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 288 houses and a population of 1427 of which 723 are males while 704 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 12 people are from Schedule Caste and 505 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
