Kusumbe is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 20 kilometres (12 mi) from sub district headquarter and 20 kilometres (12 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 2202 houses and a population of 11079 of which 5716 are males while 5363 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 550 people are from Schedule Caste and 3410 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
