Kurhe is a village in Muktainagar in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 70 kilometres (43 mi) from sub district headquarter and 90 kilometres (56 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 1825 houses and a population of 7849 of which 4042 are males while 3807 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 1608 people are from Schedule Caste and 346 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
