Kuklad is a village in Akrani in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) from sub district headquarter and 114 kilometres (71 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 238 houses and a population of 1148 of which 543 are males while 605 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 6 people are from Schedule Caste and 1127 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
