Kukaran is a village in Nawapur tehsil in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 17 kilometres (11 mi) from sub district headquarter and 54 kilometres (34 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 143 houses and a population of 463 of which 238 are males while 225 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 453 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
