Kothar is a village in Talode in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) from sub district headquarter and 50 kilometres (31 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 309 houses and a population of 1662 of which 823 are males while 839 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 1624 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
