Khokrale is a village in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 27 kilometres (17 mi) from sub district headquarter and 27 kilometres (17 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 458 houses and a population of 2523 of which 1327 are males while 1196 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 131 people are from Schedule Caste and 602 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
