Khodi is a village in Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 47 kilometres (29 mi) from sub district headquarter and 85 kilometres (53 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 104 houses and a population of 624 of which 311 are males while 313 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 624 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
