Khadgaon is a village in Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from sub district headquarter and 40 kilometres (25 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 275 houses and a population of 1190 of which 626 are males while 564 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 122 people are from Schedule Caste and 495 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
