Ketto (Pronunciation - “kay-toe”) is an Indian online crowdfunding platform, where any individual/organ across the country can raise funds for causes ranging from medical healthcare to disaster relief. Individuals, entrepreneurs and NGOs can raise funds to achieve personal goals, pay medical bills, make a movie or support their favourite local sports team or gymkhana. From 2012 to July 2020, over ₹11 billion has been raised, from around two hundred thousand campaigns backed by more than 5.5 million donors.[5] The company headquarters located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with social worker representatives spread all across the country.

The company was founded in December 2012 by Varun Sheth, Kunal Kapoor and Zaheer Adenwala. Ketto is the first donation-based peer-to-peer crowdfunding platform in India. Ketto stands for Key to Tomorrow, implying the founders’ mission to create a change in society and connect people to access healthcare and share happiness. Ketto’s Vision is “Healthcare for all”.
Ketto is crowdfunding platform with a network of over 5.5 million donors who have funded around two hundred thousand online fundraisers. Ketto is responsible for raising over ₹11 billion in online donations since its debut in 2012.

Ketto allows users to create their own online fundraising campaign page through which they can raise money for charity, personal projects and medical costs. NGOs/charity partners go through a verification process which verifies the authenticity and validity of their submitted documents before account activation.
