Kawathi
Kawathi is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 25 kilometres (16 mi) from sub district headquarter and 25 kilometres (16 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 558 houses and a population of 2978 of which 1572 are males while 1406 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 311 people are from Schedule Caste and 552 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
