Jamali (umar-kuwa) is a village in Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) from sub district headquarter and 48 kilometres (30 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 120 houses and a population of 603 of which 289 are males while 314 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 548 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
