Irtiqa Ayoub
Irtiqa Ayoub from Safa Kadal[1] is the youngest Rugby Development Officer (RDO) in Jammu and Kashmir (union territory). She coached hundreds of school and college kids,[2] and has dreams of playing for India one day.[3] Irtiqa was felicitated with ‘Eminence Awards’[4], an honor dedicated to young achievers in the Kashmir valley[5]. She was 16-years-old when she started playing Rugby. [6]
