Hendrun

Hendrun is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 24 kilometres (15 mi) from sub district headquarter and 24 kilometres (15 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 989 houses and a population of 4626 of which 2351 are males while 2275 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 388 people are from Schedule Caste and 1023 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
