Gad-utar is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) from sub district headquarter and 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 488 houses and a population of 2894 of which 1606 are males while 1288 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 234 people are from Schedule Caste and 1118 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
