Dongaon is a village in Yawal in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) from sub district headquarter and 27 kilometres (17 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 261 houses and a population of 1006 of which 532 are males while 474 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 132 people are from Schedule Caste and 4 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
