Dhanur is a village in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 22 kilometres (14 mi) from sub district headquarter and 22 kilometres (14 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 445 houses and a population of 2024 of which 1048 are males while 976 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 100 people are from Schedule Caste and 90 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
