Dhankhedi is a village in Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 74 kilometres (46 mi) from sub district headquarter and 120 kilometres (75 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 64 houses and a population of 295 of which 139 are males while 156 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 292 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
