Dhamane is a village in Sindkhede in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) from sub district headquarter and 58 kilometres (36 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 649 houses and a population of 3129 of which 1619 are males while 1510 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 146 people are from Schedule Caste and 493 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
