Danel is a village in Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 110 kilometres (68 mi) from sub district headquarter and 155 kilometres (96 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 325 houses and a population of 1794 of which 857 are males while 937 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 1790 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
