Dahigaon is a village in Yawal in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from sub district headquarter and 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]

Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 1265 houses and a population of 5668 of which 2935 are males while 2733 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 627 people are from Schedule Caste and 236 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
