Chahardi is a village in Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) from sub district headquarter and 74 kilometres (46 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 2535 houses and a population of 11115 of which 5781 are males while 5334 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 909 people are from Schedule Caste and 1561 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
